All orders for free economy shipping within the United States and Canada. No promotional code needed.
The United States includes the following: The contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and the Virgin Islands.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for all orders to ship. If your order contains items with special services such as hemming, please allow three additional days of handling, prior to shipping.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The total shipping cost for US and Canada shipments are a reflection of the total value of your order.
Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Import Duties and Taxes vary depending on the destination country, as well as value of shipment.
Filson charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.
Issue Resolution
If you have an issue with your shipment, the best recourse is with the carrier themselves. While Filson Customer Service will do what we can to assist, please know that Filson can’t be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost / stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.)
Delivery Timing
Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).
When calculating what speed of shipping to select, please add 3 to 5 days to the service speed to allow time for fulfillment.
